1. What is the MOQ?
We accept one piece as sculpture is a form of art which is different from mass goods.
2. How to place an order? Can you keep my work confidential?
When the details are settled, we'll sign contract for confirmatin as well as confidential agreement if in need. We respect and perform the copyright protection as always. We'll soon start fabrication upon deposit received.
3. What is the payment terms?
We accept T/T in advance, Western union, Paypal.
4. What is the lead time?
It depends on the sculpture's size, details, process complexity, etc. Generally, it takes 1~2 months for small size, 3~4 months for 8 meters high sculpture.
5. How can I know the process?
We warmly welcome you for field inspection.If not convienent to come, we'll send you pictures and video upon any progress.
6. What is the package? How to ship the sculpture? What is any damage during shipping?
The sculptures are packed professionally in PE foam, air bubble film, fixed in crate or steel frame that against any possible damage. We'll buy insurance and you can get compensation if any damage to the work. Currently, all our works arrive safe and sound.
7.Can you install the sculpture on site overseas?
Sure, nearly all our large sculpture located overseas are installed by our workers. They are also the workers who fabricate the sculpture, so that the installation is smooth and fast. With years of experience, they have high adaptability to live and work abroad.

It is quite creative in the field of art sculpture as it looks like fluid downflow just like ice thaws from the branches. And we are the first factory who applies hand forging to create such fluid look stainless steel sculptures. And seen from certain view, the sculpture appears to be an animal, which is one of the characteristics distinct from other concept of designs as well.
