A:For sculpture, the MOQ is 1 piece. For art furniture, the MOQ depends on the size of the product.
Q: Can you do customized design?
A:Sure, your all customized requirements like size, color,shape,etc. are acceptable. We can do the customized design, as long as you send us your design, photo, customized details and requirements.
Q:What is your term of payment ?
A: Generally, payment is 50% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. But it depends on the size of the sculpture you order.
Q:What is the lead time ?
A:It depends on the sculpture's size, details, process complexity, etc. Generally, it takes 1~2 months for small size,3~4 months for 6 meters high sculpture. For art furniture, it takes 1~2 months in usual.
Q:What is your delivery time ?
A:The delivery time is in general 30 days for the majority of the countries globally. For some complex sculpture, the delivery time may be 45 days.
Q:Can I know the production progress of the my sculpture ?
A:In order to let you know the situation of you sculpture, we will send the photo of every stage for you confirmation.
